What can you expect? This list is some of what might be done in sessions and groups.

A session usually includes some, if not all, of these actions listed below.

As you journey inward I will guide you through these types of processes:

*Bringing in awareness of the Source Field and inviting your I AM soul presence to direct the session in accordance with Divine Will.

*Establishing connection and resonance with our Mother Earth.

*Invoking the assistance of helper beings such as high frequency healing Angels.

*Asking your body, emotions, and conscious and subconscious mind to contribute their wisdom. Then Listening.

*Using Light for nervous system support.

*Emotional processing.* This is also where the magic is! In a safe container of support, you can feel the essence of the emotional state that is arising for you to feel. Whatever is safe and appropriate.

*We can balance this by then “soaking in” the frequencies of positive emotions, the polar opposites of the difficult emotions. This both meets your unmet needs and collapses polarities, to come to the zero point.

*We invite Light in to support the resolution of physical conditions.

*A full-body “refresh” and support for your immunity and other systems, bringing appreciation to the body’s loving service to you.

What we most want is the truth of your wholeness and power. We invite spiritual healing to ignite your awareness that you are a Divine Creator Being.

*My approach to emotional processing: In this type of work the events that caused the emotion do not need to be re-lived in thought or spoken aloud unless YOU feel they need to be spoken.

Feeling and accepting emotions and what your body is holding unfolds in Divine Timing.

This is not therapy, coaching, or counseling—instead, a portal to Divine Source, Love, Grace and Mercy can enter the space. In safety, our resistance to simply feeling what IS is lowered. This simple act of feeling the truth of our emotions alone can unlock healing. Only what we have the capacity to feel safely is felt.

Hi, I’m Josie Roberts

This bio not necessary to know to work with me. I offer it for those who like to read about background and story. We are all much more than our stories!

I am a registered nurse, and also I turn my attention to serving as a conduit of Light, offering healing facilitation and witnessing.

I use my whole life experience, my personal trauma growth, my lived experience inside the medical system and my many hundreds of hours facilitating energy healing to benefit you.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked inside Western medicine: oncology, med-surg, including neurology, labor and delivery, and OB-GYN clinics.

I witnessed both the good, necessary, life-serving purpose of Western medicine (life-saving surgeries and interventions). I also witnessed the dis-empowerment that can happen within this system, especially during birth and gynecological care.

While I was working in this medical world, I was carrying my own decades of unprocessed complex trauma, dissociation, and shame from many extreme traumas.

Due to this my body, nervous system and consciousness were trapped for decades in dark, limited and painful emotional and mental states.

But my body, my Soul, and the Divine insisted I come home to myself!

In 2015, at age 37, the grace of the Great Divine Mother intervened during my daughter’s birth to help me in my hour of need. Then, during my daughter’s first year, during treatments for birth complications, I viscerally realized all my trauma was within my body.

I had been asleep, unconsciously believing I could move on, “rise above,” ignore, or remain separate from facing what needed to be faced. Yet that was no longer an option. I become viscerally aware that traumas I had wanted to leave in the past were alive within me, responsive and ever-present — influencing everything!

My true Self, the Soul, began to emerge to assist me as I sought out understanding. I slowly began healing my difficult human experiences. It was slow going. There were many layers.

First through somatic therapy, starting in 2016, then continuing in 2021 by connecting more to Mother Earth and the greater Divine Source Field, including Angels! I am grateful to the therapists, teachers and healers who guided me.

I see trauma as an opportunity, an invitation to walk through a portal to growth and empowerment. I help people through witnessing their Dark and Light with pure acceptance.

I attend to my own inner work and mystical unfolding every day. I receive healing and mentoring from others. I am a student, seeker and child of God. I am walking this walk with you. If you wish to join me, I would be honored to serve you.

My beliefs that underpin this work:

My heart understanding is that Source is the consciousness pervading all manifest creation, including every cell of our amazing bodies and our immutable, immortal Soul animating the body. At the same time, God is also the great un-manifest: the still, void ocean of Being without movement or vibration, the place from which all things arise and to which they return.

Healing work happens in this space between manifest and unmanifest: surrendering the old to be dissolved and transformed and allowing the new to arise. This is happening constantly in our bodies and throughout the universe, in the cycles of creation, sustaining, destruction, purification, and integration.

I speak of Source — also known as God, Great Mother, Great Father, All That Is, the Universe, the Creator, the Divine — and many other names. You might wonder: Is she religious? I am not; I have no affiliation.

That being said, I feel organic resonance and love for great ones such as Jesus, his mother Mary, and so on. I respect all traditions and religions and Indigenous wisdom.
