Josie has worked in healthcare since 2004, first as a licensed Radiation Therapy Technologist in Oncology, and then as a Registered Nurse since 2012. She still works a few hours every week as a nurse.

At the birth of her daughter in 2015 she was assisted by the power of the Great Mother and she continues to call upon Her to help with this healing work. Although she has worked with her intuition and energy fields for decades, in 2022 Josie learned a technique that enabled her to be aware of and facilitate powerful Healing Frequencies for others.

She began facilitating healing for friends, family and paid clients, and was grateful to be able to provide general healing for whatever was presenting. This included assisting with releasing fear for those transitioning out of this life into the next, sessions for surgery support and a variety of other physical and emotional issues.

Now she is focusing specifically on birth, perinatal, gynecological, reproductive and sexual violence trauma as these are her passions.

If you feel called to work with her for something outside the areas listed above, especially processing other shock or medical traumas, surgery support, or issues such as recovery from domestic violence, she is still available.

For birth trauma she can help facilitate the release of trauma for both parents and baby. She can help facilitate birth processing and trauma release from your own birth imprint (when you entered the world). She also welcomes all witnesses to birth (nurses, doulas, midwives, doctors, surgical techs etc.) to help integrate and process challenging or traumatic birth experiences.

She is immensely grateful for this work and is humbled to be of service in this way.

Some dates along her path:

2010, BSN degree- first worked as a RN starting in 2012 in hospitals in neurology, neurosurgery, neuro-trauma & ortho-trauma, end stage oncology/hospice

2015 - attended several immersive Birth Doula trainings and experienced her own child’s birth

2016 - began deeper personal healing journey with somatic therapists

2017-2021 -transitioned to labor and delivery nursing. Due to relocations experienced working L&D in 3 different hospital systems - one on the East Coast, two in California

2021- 2025 ob-gyn clinic nurse

2022 - Total kNowledge Technique ™ (TNT) training, this technique was developed by Dr. Anthony Cahill (this activated Josie’s access to Healing Frequencies). Additional TNT trainings in 2023 & 2024

She is discovering what occurs in sessions is outside and beyond any particular healing modality. She is not affiliated with any spiritual or religious practice but honors all, and particularly resonates with the Divine Feminine in all her forms, the Angelic Frequencies that flow in her sessions, earth mother Gaia and the rising Christ Consciousness within all of us.
