Sessions

Sessions, things to know:

1:1 sessions can also be used by couples/families.

All sessions are conducted over zoom video call.

Please plan to have privacy and a comfortable place to sit (like a recliner) or lie down (like a bed or sofa) where you do not have to hold tension in the body.

Please plan to not be driving or doing anything that needs focus while in a session or when listening to replays.

You may be completely quiet and rest during the session or you can tell me your story, whatever you would like. Either way the healing frequencies will be flowing!
