A healing gathering for those integrating difficult birth and perinatal experiences. Gather to receive energy healing & connect with the Great Mother.

My friend,

If your pregnancy/birth/post-partum journey was traumatic, it is not your fault.

This intimate small circle is a safe place to come and rest. And begin to allow yourself to be held by the Great Mother Divine. To rest and receive nervous system support and spiritual healing.

Come as you are, truly.  

In person and virtual cohorts will be offered....

 I welcome you. You could be interested if:

• You resonate or wish to resonate with the Great Mother (the great feminine expression of Source God consciousness, known by countless names) as she expresses within you.

• You had a pregnancy, birth, or postpartum time that felt frightening, disappointing, or traumatic.

• You’re carrying fear, grief, shame, rage, guilt, shut down or confusion about your experience.

• You have sought more traditional help but are interested in adding more energy/Light/spiritual healing.

• Whether it was weeks ago or years ago the birth experience continues to be upsetting. (You are welcome to join no matter how long ago the birth was.)

• You realize this might be effecting your relationship with yourself, your life, your baby (or child or children) and/or your partner.

• You like the idea of a gathering in a sacred space with women without having to explain anything.

• You’re drawn to embodied spiritual work and the aspect of Universe/Creator/God that is the Great Mother.

What I plan for us:

“In the Arms of the Great Mother” will be a small group gathering (6–8 women, plus host) held either virtually or in person. I am still working out the details but it will most likely be a 2-3 hour gathering held each week for 4 consecutive weeks.

There will be virtual cohorts and in-person cohorts.

The experience of each group will be completely unique as what arises in each group of women calls forth what is needed.

An overview of the offering:

We invite the presence of the Great Mother and healing Angels to hold your experience, support your nervous system, and allow difficult feelings and experiences to be accepted and transfigured.

This will be guided spiritual work, a type of energy healing where you primarily receive, and easily process, mostly internally, in flow and safety.

This will be a healing container that complements therapy and other forms of support, but is not a therapy group, counseling, or birth story telling group (as important as those are).

The time together:

• Simple rituals to arrive, open the space, and introduce guidelines

• Inviting your body and whole self to participate in bringing insight and healing in a way that is perfect and specific to you.

• Bringing in resonance with Earth Mother Gaia

• A guided journey with the Great Mother- each one of us has a personal and unique relationship - and her unconditional embrace. Receiving group energy healing from the Source Field and high Angelics for support of the nervous system and emotional body.

• Each person brings forward what they’d like support with. As each woman receives individual attention, the healing is simultaneously extended to the whole circle to be accepted wherever it resonates, even subconsciously. We often find universal themes around childbirth that we carry collectively and ancestrally, and in our unity we can unlock freedom around common wounds.

• Healing power of the group while there is also time for private self inquiry

• Quiet time for rest, integration, and being held in silence

• Closing practices and ritual that seal the container and bring us into the NOW as we go forth to resume our day to day life.
